The College of Tourism and Arts (CTA) is based in Galway City, split between two campuses – the Galway campus on the Dublin Road overlooking Galway Bay, and the Centre of Creative Arts and Media on the Monivea Road nearer the city centre.Tourism, Hospitality & Heritage courses:
A playground for students interested in launching a career with international job prospects, GMIT offers courses on Tourism, Hospitality and Heritage. Through teaching and learning we provide students with essential skills for jobs in the Tourism, Hospitality and Heritage sectors while also dispensing a solid foundation in business skills. This ensures every graduate has a host of essential skills which are transferable across many industries.
Students for these courses enrol and study at our GMIT Galway campus which is on the Dublin Road in Galway City.
Creative Arts & Media courses:
Students interested in being part of a global transformation using creativity and innovation, are drawn to our courses in Creative Arts and Media. At the Centre for the Creative Arts and Media (CCAM) we use a hands-on learning approach, offering hours of practical work and studio engagement, encouraging students to explore their creative side, enabling them to carve their own path in the inventive industries.
Students for these courses enrol and study at our Centre for the Creative Arts and Media (CCAM) on the Monivea road, also in Galway city.
